Jesse Q.O. Badger

Mr. Badger was born at Johns Hopkins Hospital and raised in Annapolis, MD. He graduated cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1998. He subsequently earned a certification as an EMT before completing Physician Assistant training and earning a Masters of Science degree at George Washington University in Washington, DC in 2002.
